Born April 10, 2004, Makayla Dame was a standout athlete and student, excelling in soccer and competitive shotgun shooting. On December 12, 2021, at age 17, she was killed in a motor vehicle accident while not wearing a seatbelt. Known for her loyalty, energy, and joy, Makayla’s bright spirit and determination continue to inspire all who knew her.
